Cold wet, breakfast burrito and overcooked eggs on an omelette that tasted like wet dog. Plus, our server was very rude.

Overall, expect college student level service (ie, not great), college level noise and decent food. For how packed this place was, I was expecting amazing food. I think they do so well due to the proximity to MSU but I definitely think there are way better places in town if you have a car or arent desperate.
Food - ordered bacon breakfast sandwich, it was decently good. Menu is meat centric. Not much for vegetarians.
Atmosphere - so noisy, they could probably make this better with some noise dampening panels and it wouldn't cost that much.

Basic appearance and simple premise. Food was amazing. Had the common swirl pancake and it was exactly what I wanted and I didn’t know it. The service was great and everyone, even those not dealing with me were polite and friendly.

Their food is excellent! We got a breakfast sandwich, chocolate chip pancakes and a hashbrown to go and we were absolutely floored by how great everything was. Strongly recommend eating here!

This is a very small, yet cozy space. Their menu includes bakery items as well as breakfast items. The food was good and the service was as well. It's small size and the busyness during my visit mafe conversation very challenging. They were successfully able to accommodate the larger group I was with (6 people)

Food was really good! I got a full stack blue berry packed and with house. Waitress always knew when my water needed to be filled and was very kind! Her coworker sang in the kitchen and it sounds really good. Probably should audition for something or create a band!🤷‍♂️

We had a breakfast sandwich with egg, sausage, amer cheese on biscuit. The biscuit tasted like it was brushed with old oil that was used to fry onions in. The sausage patty was poor quality. The egg was paper thin and clearly fried in that same onion oil. It was terrible. We also shared a cinnamon roll heated up. It was sooo dry. Definitely will NOT recommend this restaurant. No complaints about the service.

9-22-25 - UPDATE - I had a nice email exchange with the owner.
I certainly appreciated the final apology and posts and wanted all to know that a review can help as well as hurt businesses. While our experience is what it was, the initial responses is what got me very irritated. I don't submit lots of reviews but do follow up with them and Ellen admitted to her remarks and I appreciate the follow up and wanted to update mine as well. Thank you for the apology. The restaurant business is tough business.

First time here. Last time. Was busy on Sun but we told waiter we had Wharton tickets. Got sat quickly. Food took forever. 45 minutes and sat in window and was cold.

WOW, after that response from the owner I can see why things are so bad. The server was very nice and apologized and tried to assist. A group of 5 is a large party in your opinion, that's funny and we we're neither unreasonable or demanding until we saw our order sit in the window for 15-20 minutes. A well managed restaurant may have offered an apology but to blame us is very telling.

I went there for the first time with my family and we had the best experience ever! Kylie was our server and she had the most warming and energetic energy even when busy! She was super attentive and fun, her service made our experience great. The food was also amazing!! My mom got the Arroyo Burrito and the chorizo was incredibly delicious, I got the Bacon Bravocado and I know I will definitely be getting it again! Overall, I will for sure be coming back with my friends to show them this place!!

Update: Came back again today and it was even better than the last time!! The Bacon Bravocado is still a hit. The cream cheese sauce with green onion, the thick crispy bacon, and the fresh fluffy croissant. Service still top notch even on a busy Saturday as well! The kitchen staff feels like a family and our server Kylie still continues to provide a smile and energy every time!

I was thoroughly enjoying the food until I bit into a toothpick rolled into the burrito not sticking through to hold it close. I my imagination went wild with thoughts of disgruntled or immature employees put lord know else in this and other dishes…
