I ordered a pumpkin spice latte, came to pick up and there is no whipped cream on top, just a regular flat lid. I double checked my order to see if I took off the whip cream, which I didn’t. Stood there for a couple minutes trying to get someone to help me putting on some whipped cream, they just glanced at me then turn around making drinks and talking loudly. Not happy with the visit at all

5/6 times in the last couple of weeks I have been given the wrong drink. 4 times someone missed the mocha part of the iced coffee, I for sure said it. Today there is no ice, and I definitely said iced, as I don't drink the hot ones. Tired of having drinks remade because someone isn't listening. McDonald's has better accuracy, and costs much less, and is a closer walk

The staff at this location is always very polite and kind. Today I placed an order that requires modification to a certain drink. I have been ordering this drink for the last 15 years at Starbucks. I explained the order to the young lady working at 7:50 AM and she was very intelligent and astute enough to understand what I requested. I was impressed, and she actually rang it up properly for the correct price. I send my Gratitude to the employees at this Starbucks. Thank you for being kind, and astute. 🙏🙌

My boyfriend ran in for ice for my finger I injured and someone went above and beyond and also gave him ibuprofen to give me for the swelling, you're an angel. God Freaking Bless??

Staff seem understaffed and overloaded. Guy with the dreads has terrible customer service skills. I saw employees in aprons walking around doing nothing while the other baristas were overwhelmed.
