Starbucks supports genocide and their drinks are gross

Staff seem understaffed and overloaded. Guy with the dreads has terrible customer service skills. I saw employees in aprons walking around doing nothing while the other baristas were overwhelmed.

Great service with a great atmosphere. Not many tables with multiple seats, and it does get very crowded during rush hours. Not all the tables have easy to find outlets. However this location is a much better than average starbucks.

I have ordered door dash almost everyday for the last 5 months. In the beginning my drinks were perfect. Then it started getting inconsistent. The last 2 days I have received wrong sizes and coffee that appears and taste like pure milk. Now I order extra shots in every drink usually totalling 6 shots. Door dash will no longer give me credits so I reached out to the manager Paige she was pure nasty to me treated me as if I was trying to get free drinks. Telling her I just want what I ordered she was terrible. Unfortunately this is the only location door dash services where I'm located. So the 20$ I'm spending every morning will no longer be going to this location. It's so unfortunate.

The cleanest starbucks I have ever seen! Not only are the drinks always on point, but the staff is amazing. Maxine and all the other baristas make this Starbucks so unique, and truly a great experience.

It can get very crowded, and sometimes that means waiting 20+ minutes for a drink. I don't blame the workers, they are going as fast as they can. But also because they tend to be incredibly busy, it gets dirty until someone can finally break away from making drinks to clean up.

The spot used to be so much better with kind staff and speedy service. The service here has gotten worse over the years in terms of rude workers and taking +15 min to get a drink on a regular non-exams day. As for the prices, that is another story. It should be a crime to charge $1 for no/light ice but I will blame that on the company, not this particular franchise.

First I am a loyal customer of Starbucks. I purchase daily from various locations. This location has failed to measure up to Starbucks standards on too many occasions which has promoted me to write this.Example #1 of their service: I order on the app from the location down the street. I chose the location because I needed the drive thru. As it turned out they were closed for a strike so it sent my order to this location without a drive thru or near by handi-cap parking area. I called the store and asked for help. She all but said that's too bad. I asked to cancel order as I could not go in! She said no, I would need to call Starbucks. Can you send to a different location? "No, your coffee is on the counter"..I tried several times without luck to reach someone at Starbucks HQ so never received coffee or money back. Today I ordered through Doordash. I order 2 identical drinks. I pulled one out of the bag and thought thats odd it's mixed...I took a drink and it only dribbled out. There was way too much ice. Using a slotted spoon I removed ice. After removing most of the ice there wasn't even an inch and a half amount of coffee and there was still ice in it. I removed the ice from the other coffee to store in the refrigerator for later. I had just short the normal amount. I believe I received one Venti in two Venti Cups. I called the store. Someone who was "acting Manager" said I could come in to get it fixed. I tried to explain but was rushed off the phone. As someone who spends that much supporting your business I'm going elsewhere. This location is poorly staffed and doesn’t care! See photos.
