Ordered a mobile order for pickup at 1pm, they close at 3pm. When we got there to pick up our mobile order they said they were closed. We asked if they received a mobile order and she said yes, she said “would you like it refunded” like yeah duh we want it refunded.

I’m visiting from out of town. In Seattle we have Starbucks on every corner, literally… so I’ve been to a good share of Starbucks locations. This one is, by far, one of the best I’ve been to. Order was prompt and perfect, but what really stands out is the welcoming, friendly service from everyone at this location. And, the indoor and outdoor seating available makes this a great choice if you are in the area. I will definitely stop by every time I’m in East Landing

I would order coffee here, but this is the only Starbucks in the United States that forces you to reload a gift card at check out to complete your purchase on the Starbucks app. So i go to other Starbucks where i can just pay direct with my credit card on the app.

we ordered on the mobile app and when we walked in, we discovered that the grilled cheese was out of stock. Then the lady offered to refund us and we said OK. She then continued to tell us how, even though we had already bought a bagel with butter and cream cheese on the app that we would have to pay for the cream cheese again inside the store, she then didn’t take our orders right away she made us stand in line, even though it was their fault for not having the grilled cheese in the first place and they wouldn’t refund us unless we stood in the long line. Then we got our cream cheese, and I realized I had a huge crack in the side of it so overall, I read the service at the Starbucks 1 out of 5.
