The staff is beyond kind and dedicated to improving peoples' day! Every time I come here, I know I will be treated nicely and my order will come out extremely fast.

It's clear that the staff isn't trained well but they are trying their best and it's not their fault. I ordered a ham and Swiss croissant and a green tea lemonade and I got my food fine but my drink had two unsuccessful attempts. At first they brought out a matcha green tea, I asked for it to be re made, who I assumed was the manager asked if I still wanted the first incorrect drink. I told her I wanted a green tea lemonade. She brought the ticket back for it to be remade and they gave me a matcha latte made with lemonade. I was so disappointed I just walked away with the drink since I didn't have time to wait for a third drink to be made. It's unfortunate that the staff doesn't know the menu, or at least the difference between matcha and green tea. I could clearly see the lemonade and green tea pitchers on the shelves be ignored when making my drink.

Every time I come here for a snack and a drink the baristas always are not on cold bar or they are not on hot bar making drinks that are supposed to come out after mine before mine then like 10-15 min later the realize they messed up and switch back and forth like this. Normally I would not have a issue with this but it’s every time I come in

I adore the employees because despite the constant rush of college students, they still put in their best effort. Very kind and considerate. Yes, orders can take 30+ minutes during rush hours, but people don't seem to understand that there are only about 5 employees serving hundreds of students a day. That can be a lot for anybody, so it's unrealistic for customers to expect their drinks to be made in 5 minutes. There were 20 orders ahead of yours, so it takes time. I don't mind waiting at all at this Starbucks.

I don’t recommend going to this Starbucks. No matter the time of day, they are always 30+ minutes behind.
Normally I don't complain about this stuff but it's getting ridiculous. People here need to actually read the labels. I have a very simple drink: white mocha. Cold, no ice. Yet everytime I come here there is ice, cup is halfway empty, or its hot. I'm sorry but I paid for the drink that I want, I don't care what you put into the cup just make it full. Not only that but I come here with my friend and ALWAYS get her drink wrong. I get these people are colleges kids (as I am one too) but do your job. I've only see one person here who is amazing at his job. Everyone else is so freaking rude and disrespectful.
