4 out of the 5 times I have come to this location they have messed my order up in some way.

I stopped in while grocery shopping, and three young ladies were there. Very dry with their communication. My order was not made well. I came back in to have it re-made, and the same three girls stood there and didn't say a word. One of the girls walked away, and another asked if I needed something. So, for me, it was definitely bad service, and the coffee tastes just like hot chocolate.

I’ve been here several times over the last year and it has always, always been a disappointment. If you even catch them open during their posted regular business hours (they close early most days that I ever stop in during the evening or even early in the morning sometimes), the drinks are not Starbucks quality they lack in flavor and the baristas often forget basic ingredients. Recently, about a month ago, the barista forgot whipped cream and chocolate sauce on a mocha frappuccino and then seemed surprised when I asked for whipped cream and he still didn’t put chocolate sauce on top, and it still wasn’t good. I also got a bacon, gouda, egg sandwich in that order and it was ice cold in the middle. The guy said he couldn’t refund me like I requested and only gave me a cake pop, which is obviously less in value. This is easily the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to and it’s sad that they even allow this location to operate as a franchisee, the quality will likely let you down and that’s even if they’re open when they say they’re supposed to be.

Disappointed- use the Starbucks frequently! Loved the pistachio latte and cold brew - went on Tuesday : cold brew was not made properly missing 2 parts ! Very disappointing! It was not busy at all - I was the only order.

Wow. i’m just in disbelief went in for my groceries then saw the starbucks so i went to get a quick drink. As a starbucks lover i get starbucks almost everyday. Usually the customer service is always on spot and i’m always leaving great reviews. His name was meiner i believe I tried looking at his name tag as i was leaving so it might be spelt wrong. I went up to the cashier to order the two workers were in the back so i waited about 30 seconds which was no problem but when he came up he just stood there staring at me.. didn’t say hi what can i get for you or in any mean something to greet me with so i just went a head with my order. But as i was ordering he decided he needed to finish his own starbucks drink that he was drinking. Just in shock with the lack of customer service there was. Drink was made good.

I mobile order here pretty often. Every time it’s the same same drink, but every time my drink tastes completely different. You would think with the way coffee prices at Starbucks have surged it would at least create a consistent product.

Anyone else notice your drink is half full.. and don’t get it with whip cream. Because that makes it even worse. That’s why when you go through a drive-through and they hand it out the window you’ll notice how light your cup is. Although, they changed the sizes of the cup. Made them smaller and raised the prices… and they sure packed the ice in there.. I went and bought my own stuff to make them. Starbucks used to be my favorite place.
Ordered Passion Fruit Lemonade and they just gave it without letting me know that there was no passion fruit. ? The server wasn't nice either.

Loss of stars because they close way to early! 7pm? ? 9pm or even 8:30 would be much better. And the lights were still on and the merch was still all out beyond the line in the tile making me think it was still open but, alas, it was not. At least pull the stuff in so it looks closed.Thank you for your consideration.

Usually this store is great. I completely understand they are busy. I had three drinks ordered mobile. The order was complete 10:03. Our first drink came out at 10:07, second drink at 10:12 and the last drink at 10:32. I did not complain as they were so busy. However when I arrived home with our drinks, the drink we waited 30 mins for was 1/2 full. I should have looked. I called the store and they said oh sorry. When I spend $17.00 for three coffees I feel they should at least be full. There was no whip on this drink so it was a hot pumpkin spice latte with oat milk.
