I am very disappointed in this experience. I asked for a venti, they gave me a grande. When I said, hey I asked for a venti she said well I heard grande and threw her hands up at me.

One of my fave Starbucks in the MSU area because there's space to relax and it doesn't feel as corporate or uptight. The baristas are interesting and helpful and service pretty darn quick. I do coffee as opposed to fancy drinks, so I'm always relieved when coffee is strong and really good.

This is by far the best Starbucks location in Lansing. The staff is always amazing and friendly and they never mess up any drinks my fiancée and I order! They are always fast and efficient. We go out of our way to drive to this location anytime we want drinks. Thank you to all the staff that works here I really appreciate you all!

I can't believe the decaf coffee you can get at starbucks. I don't know what they use but it tastes like real coffee.
Vegetarian options: We live in a small town so our Starbucks doesn't have much as far as vegan or vegetarian offerings.
Doesn't ring up order as requested. Had a nice barista tell me the cheapest way to order my favorite drink without me prompting, but since her most people here just ignore what I tell them and ring it up the normal way (which has water diluting the drink so I still have to insist no water please & pay for it anyway). When inflation is already hurting everyone plus you are known for overpriced products why directly ignore someone just trying to save a little on the way to work? Drive thru had no one behind me so it's not like I asked during a rush.

Ordered one of the cookie crumble fraps, literally just gave me a watered down shot of espresso with some whip cream on it. I mean it's still coffee so I'm gonna drink it, but like half of what's supposed to be in here that I paid for isn't in here. I guess I'm not gonna order ahead anymore since apparently they need a babysitter them while they make the drinks so they don't forget to put half the ingredients in.
