Ordered a footlong sub with a combo on the app. My colleague picked it up for me. On the receipt I have, I was charged for the combo but never received my drink or chips. Not to mention the sub was made incorrectly. I have submitted this claim via the Subway app as well. I have not been contacted by anyone. I want my money back.

If you’re not going to eat the dinning halls, this is the best place to get food from at MSU. I’m sorry but don’t bother with the others, you’re risking yourself for food poisoning or a really bad stomach ache. This is among the safest options.

Waited 3 hours to get from Government Center to Orient Heights before an employee told me they didn't have trains today. Just sandwiches. The sandwich was good but they didn't need to make me wait so long
Excellent place to hangout and eat with friends!!!
This Subway is conveniently close to MSU but has very little parking. That being said, this location is a good stop for those in a hurry. I have used this facility often and will continue doing so.

They initially made my order wrong,.. but at 12:55pm with a line of more orders waiting, they corrected it. 2 minutes later I had my order fulfilled, and the staff never missed a beat. They are fast and efficient, I would recommend to anyone!!
