Nothing worse than walking into a restaurant and being stared down like your inconveniencing the staff by coming there. Absolutely no customer service skills, rude, and very unhelpful. After reading all the reviews of this place, I cannot believe that whoever owns this facility has not made a personnel change.

The lady who is working right now (10/29) around 1:00pm is extremely rude, rolling her eyes when we walked in, any time i asked for something on my sub she sighed.

Me and my son went into this subway because it is close to our home and we ordered 2 sandwiches,the Philly and Teriyaki, both the breads were hard and to pay over 20 dollars for subs that have nothing on them. Barely any meat no sauce ,I will not be going back ,this is ridiculous

Mobile order hadn't even been started when I arrived to pick it up, even though no other customers were around. I also saw the employee touching the register with gloved hands and not changing gloves before going back to food preparation. The worst part, however, is that my sub was moldy. . .

The staff wasn't properly trained on any equipment in the store. The guy who made my sub told me your toppings are on but I don't feel like spending it. I'd love to talk to the management!!!!!!! This was the worst experience with subway!!!!!!!!!

“Ashley” seemed annoyed right when we walked in, couldn’t hear us bc of her AirPod which obviously had smth playing on there or someone on the phone. She kept snapping at us then proceeded to put the wrong sauce on bc she was so distracted

Service is great here, but you have 0 selection for beverages ALL beverages you had were 0 sugar , had I known this I wouldn't have wasted my money on a meal, and you still do not have a fountain machine???

Not sure about the other old reviews, this place has only been open a couple months so a bunch of these reviews are clearly for a different store...

The worker there Alice complained about her job and other customers, made us wait 30 mins to fill online orders, gave us extremely little toppings, was rude throughout the whole experience, and then asked for a tip. Worst fast food place I've ever been to.

One worker, had 6 orders on line head of me. Told her I would wait as she was huffy that I ordered 4 subs. But she was "bitching" the whole time about her having to do it all. Then asked for a tip. Really? no pop just milk, no chips no bread, This place needs help and stock. Took for ever to open and then open like this!!!! No thank you.
