I ordered my meal with black beans instead of beef on everything because I’m a vegetarian. My hardshell taco had beef on it, so I couldn’t eat it. I typically don’t get boxes because none of them are vegetarian, but I took a chance today. I wish I didn’t. Also my carnivorous spouse said the beef taco was gross.

Just had every single item on my order have something wrong with it surprised they got the drinks right and I would expect ordering thru the app the hardest thing they have to so is read the specifics like no lettuce but no they do this everytime we go here, now it's a game of whats not gonna be messed up this time

I went to this Taco Bell late at night and we order a good amount of food and we were very displeased me and my friend ordered 6 grilled cheese burritos and only got 5. Very disappointing then my brother order hard shell tacos with Doritos locos shells and got normal shells. All around very disappointed with I received. Did not live up to my expectations of a good late night Taco Bell run.

An additional $1.00 per taco for a condiment is way too much. Asked for jalepeno on a soft taco and was charged a dollar for 2 slices of jalepeno.
Literally every time I go there the order is wrong. Idk how they get it wrong when I’m the only one in line. Horrible. I’ve had to go back through the drive through twice and eventually go inside to get my order right.
