Been waiting 30 mins for a basic order for just one person. I was waiting inside. They asked if I needed help like they didn't have my order in progress. I was the only person inside that ordered on the self service screens so I know my order was the only one for in store.
I understand they get busy but if staff can't keep up and orders are taking 30 mins then more staff need to be scheduled.

Sat. At the drive thru window for 10 minutes waiting for someone to say at least something! Was never greeted or told to wait a minute. I just drove off. I was also the ONLY a person in line!!!! How ridiculous!!!

Nov 24, 2024 at 2:00pm I has the worst experience with service here.. fist off I walked in and one for the works was sitting with their boyfriend/friend and the male worker shouted at the other girl telling her to get back from break.. just kinda rude but oh well.
next off, I was filling my drinks when the guy asked the girl to replace the trash. She said she was going to wait till we left, respectfully. The male then rushes over and then shouts excuse me, pushes us over. As he did this he bent down and put his arm out right next to my butt. I mean his face was right next to my entire aura. ( my lower half ) I have never been so uncomfortable. I was actively throwing away trash as he was doing this.. I just wanted to make this review bc I felt super uncomfortable and think that it was super unprofessional of a worker. This should be looked into…

The website says they're open till 1:30 AM, and when I pulled into the driveway, the IVR asked if I’d be ordering through the app to earn points. But there was no one there to actually take my order—what a letdown!

I understand they were busy, but I waited 25mins for one chalupa with chicken, for them to come ask someone else (Uber eats) if they could contact there customer because they ran out of chicken. Oh no! Unacceptable, not only because yes I placed my order before all your drive thru customers but you should have known you weren't prepared to run out of chicken. 7.57 for one chalupa add spicy ranch, and by far the worst service I have received at this location. SMH.
