As alumni we go in often. The service, ice-cream and all the fountain items are terrific. Good to see the younger people still keeping this lansing institution alive. Providing jobs and contributing much to the community.

Idk if it’s the owner or manager but he’s running this ice cream shop like the army. The man that was short and very RUDE. Ruined my ice cream experience. I understand being busy but I don’t understand having terrible customer service. My heart goes out to the girls working under with or under this person. Don’t come here if it’s hot and sunny because they will have a temper.

Rude employees, some of them are lucky I don't smack them right over their heads with that attitude they have .

Best treats, Locally owned. Supporting the community-based business. Next door to Bell's Pizza, another reason to stop.

Awesome little ice cream shop with a great variety of hard and soft serve flavors with all the toppings you'd expect. Quiet, patient and friendly staff that seems to be family owned maybe.Anyway...I had mint cookie and another scoop of... I don't know. But it was chocolate with chunks of peanut butter and... and... and... dude.... awesome... Oh strawberry and chocolate hot fudge.Yum!You hungry yet? What else do I have to write? This is my freshman thesis.Hands down the BEST ice cream shop still open at 9:35 pm and a rush of happy customers came in after me too! All happy! How can we go wrong? it's ice cream!(What? I need 49 more pages? Well maybe I'll change my thesis to something about creating world peace.Send ice cream to hot places and war zones! The end. What? That topic was taken? Well Tasty Twist should francise with a mobile marine shop to war zones and hot places = people happy = treaties signed = the end. Amen!)Vegetarian options: No animals were killed to make ice cream.oh wait... there's animal crackers. Whoops. Sorry, man.

Came in at 10:30p. They close at 11:00p. No matter if I came in at 10:59p, they close at 11:00 and people should be treated with respect and not rushed. As a black man living in a majority white environment, it’s hard to not take it as a racial attack but I think they were just being mean and disrespectful. My family has been coming since 2004 before the new building and we will not return.

Pretty mid ice cream, soft serve is for sissys. Nothing special at all. Not bad prices.

Great happy service, super tasty ice cream. The Michigan pot hole and the cookie dough were sublime. I prefer the cup over the cone for simplicity of consumption. The outside seating is nice for watching Grand River flow by.

A local family owned ice cream parlor that is far superior to any other.

The customer service I experience was terrible. Went in and asked for a small twister with brownies and cookie dough. Only received my twister with brownies, so I kindly asked for the worker to add cookie dough (because I had previously asked for it). I was extremely apologetic and thanked her multiple times, yet she was extremely disrespectful towards me. She aggressively threw the incorrect twister in the trash and made the new one in an angry manner. Not to mention, the new twister had hardly any toppings added and was filled about only 3/4 full. I understand remaking it might've been an inconvenience, but there was no need for the rude attitude. I will not be coming back to this location.
