Service is good, and of course the product but this location is extremely congested which is why I am giving them the 4 stars. The drive thru seems risky even in a small car at a 90 degree angle around a tiny building and there is really no “parking”.
Tim Hortons, what can i say, lets start with the fact that i didnt start going to tim hortons when they first came to the lansing area, for the reason that they are a canadian based company and i had been supporting a local franchise coffe food business instead. I work here as of now and to see all these horrible reviews it kind of sucks. Not all the staff in here have control over what we run out of nor what other people do. the managers have ordered plenty of things we have needed for the store but we never get everything we ordered. As far as if were in a big rush people need to be more understanding especially in rush hours that we try to do the best we possibly can to get people in and out of our line.
