I can't eat at tropical cafe due to food allergies
So that makes a reward system kind of sucky for me
But their smoothies are always amazing and their service is always great
My only complaint about this location is the parking
The line to starbucks really makes parking extra difficult in this location

I love this place, this night my smoothie was rather bland.
I went in to get my pick up order and they said they had given it away. I didn't have the time for them to remake it so when I asked for a refund they told me that I would need to wait until their manager worked again to call for a refund, which was 3 days later.Eventually, my husband was able to go back and get them to get on the phone with the manager and get the refund processed.

As someone who has gone here weekly for years, I will never be coming back. Three times in a row they didn’t properly make my food, which I get accidents happen. But I ask if they could fix it and make a new one and I watch her walk to the back, pick out the tomato’s with her hands, and then rewrap it and hand it to me like it was a new one. I told her no, I would like a refund please I just watched what you did. She responded with “oh you wanted a whole new one made?”. Very rude and so unsanitary I will never be back and recommend no one to to this location!
