My wife has her favorite smoothie concoction and she orders it with her app and I go pick it up and it's always ready on a nice little shelf with my name on the receipt stapled to the bag.

A few times a month I get breakfast here, but I had terrible luck with a smoothie made this morning. I felt terribly sick and threw it up 20 minutes later. I called back to let them know an ingredient they had might’ve expired, and I threw it away in fear of food poisoning. They were gracious enough to offer to remake it to me if I came back, so
when I did later in the afternoon, I asked about the remake and they were able to do it for me. The person who gave it to me said “hope it tastes better” and I thought to defend myself but I knew she didn’t care. Having worked in food service I understand people take advantage of the system but that wasn’t my intention. I just wanted to voice my gratitude for remaking the drink.
I’d stay and eat here if the music wasn’t so loud.

Sanitation conditions are horrible, I found multiple pieces of long hair in my flatbread sandwhich!

Staff is always welcoming and friendly.
The manager at this location (I believe his name is Ryan) is especially pleasant, polite, and kind with a dashing yet handsome smile. I always leave a fully satisfied customer.

Ordered on the app and it went to the lake lansing store. Called and told them I am on the west side and to just give it away to someone and they refunded my order after it was made. I didn’t even ask for anything. Incredible customer service! Appreciate you!

Usually is pretty decent, but my last two quesadillas I requested NO roasted red onions.. but it was filled with BURNT onion! And I was missing black beans today and hardly and chicken. Most of filling was onion.

Don't go here if you have a food allergy! Asked for a wrap without certain ingredients and they took one that was already made and pulled the requested items off instead of making one without them. Leaving bits of it left behind I my food.
