“Barnacles is always solid. Great, friendly service. The food is really good, not just bar food. They smoke a lot of their own stuff and the biscuits and gravy are homemade. Parking on the street out front or the back has a parking lot. Handicap accessible, ground-floor, street-level. Kids and families are in here sitting the daytime hours. It is an up north bar so things get kinda fun at night.“

“I believe this place used to be a small tiki hut behind the holiday inn sometime in 80's or 90's they built a more permanent foundation and of course expanded it ... after it closes u can enjoy songs around a fire on the beach meet ppl from all over the place and share stories ... my grandmother introduced me to this area over 40 yrs “
