If there is an olive burger on the menu, my husband is going to try it. Me? It’s not something I seek out. Until now. The olive smash burger at Route 23 is amazing!! The olive topping is the best my husband says he has ever had and I have to agree. It’s not your typical mayonnaise based sauce, but rather a thick sour cream and cream cheese olive spread that adds the perfect creaminess. The burger overall is so well balanced in flavor. Love all your food. Great BBQ! My husband picks up brisket whenever he is in town and u r open-it’s our family’s favorite. Always tastes great even after the 3 hour ride to bring it home!
My wife and I decided to take a ride on the bike and stopped here for some dinner. Some of the best BBQ I have had in a while!! The Brisket and Pulled pork was incredible! Jalapeño poppers were second to none.
