New for East Tawas. Hiring local staff that carries forward the friendly and professional courtesy of our town. On Starbucks Red Cup Day, they had an entire box still available around noon (you couldn't purchase any online through the National site any longer). Place is roomy, has a double insulated door entrance with a 90 degree turn to keep the cold weather out and also a convenient drive thru, if you don't want to get out of your vehicle. So I will say the staff is very pleasant and will fix a mistake brought to their attention I had a little mess up today on my order and they fixed it immediately for me! And the drink was perfect, but I have had many many times where the drink is made wrong, and missing add ons. I do believe some of the staff may need more training, and definitely hire new people for the busy days, again I think more training is necessary for this business to thrive.
