The food wasn’t that great, the wings were really small & they were over cooked or old. The mac & cheese tasted just like pepper & I payed $5.00 for a side of dressing & it was disgusting & couldn’t eat it all. The green beans were perfect. All & all not really worth your money.

I went to this place yesterday I paid 32 dollars for me to come home and throw it away first off this wasn’t my first time eating here against my better judgement I went back and it was worse my pork chops was not fried hard as I requested when I bite in chop you can taste the old grease beans was horrible along with yams and I order another side of ps it was nasty as well cake was so so I don’t recommend but who am I I’m just another person with a horrible experience everybody taste buds ain’t the same but I won’t go back oh and I don’t get a cornbread or muffin with my dinner . And I paid again 32.00 and some change I’m not bashing the place I just didn’t have a good experience with food.

Should be ashamed of themselves for serving the worst fried chicken I’ve ever had. Macaroni was flavorless. The community should not support a business that serves this poor excuse for food

I just moved in this area was looking for a good soul food restaurant I came across this place thought I would give it a try the first time I just ordered the sides a little pricey for the amount they put in the container the mac n cheese had to much pepper in it the dressing was on point 3 weeks later I said I will try a dinner OMG I was so devasted the potion got even smaller with me buying a dinner and the food was not that great people save your time and money

By far the worst soul food place in Michigan my food was terrible mac & cheese was horrible baked beans even worse do not waste your money here they need to hire real cooks and they need to send the health department here too much undercooked food they serve then they want give a refund or replace the food do not go here please do not waste your time or money they will get you sick please be safe and careful when buying from them because they gave me food poison

Very welcoming and professional customer service from the time I walked in until I walked out. The establishment was clean and well organized. My food was fresh and nicely labeled. I will definitely be returning.

I wasn’t going to leave a review. I was going to just accept the frozen reheated food that tasted like stale styrofoam as a trial and error but when I called to inform them that they did not place everything in my bag the night before and was treated as if it was my fault I was highly offended! I placed an order 30 minutes before closing and did not receive my order until after close. I was the last customer in the building before they locked up. When I arrived home and realized they didn’t give me all my over priced food I called the next day. After several attempts of getting someone on the phone I was asked why didn’t I call the night before after explaining I was the last customer and did attempt to call with no answer and had called several times that morning. I was then told by management that they only had 3 peach cobblers left and I must pick it up that day. I informed them I would send someone there within the hour. I was then asked why would I wait that long. After explaining I don’t live close she said ok. An hour later the person picking up the order was told it would be an hour wait as they didn’t have any ready. (Why would they not sit one aside when I called ?). We then asked for a lesser price dessert or a refund. We was told we must have the card it was purchased on or pay for the other dessert as they were different prices. In all my years of customer service debit transactions have always been refunded as cash but ok ?? and why would I pay for a lesser price dessert when I’m willing to accept a cheaper priced item due to your error! At this point I refused to argue with them over a $7 dessert that most likely wouldn’t even taste worth the fight. I would never patron them again! It wasn’t the error or the reheated food; it was the poor customer service.

This establishment, the food is very very Good. I love their Peach Cobbler it's sooo tasty off the chain. All of their food is very good.

On April 4,2024 I ordered Mac &cheese, green beans and fried chicken wings. Once I got home to eat the Mac& cheese looked old and brown and felt hard. The chicken was salty and the green beans were fine. I’m always purchasing from their establishment. When i called they insisted that it was made fresh today. So they must’ve gave me the scraps. Once they called me back , they asked that I bring in the Mac & cheese the next day and get another side. I’m good i don’t want another side and I’m taking it back once i get off work. So I had to eat my food without the Mac& cheese. Picture added. You tell me ?

I used to Visit their restaurant! I even did a video back a couple years ago The owner should know who I am! On March 14, 2024 I visit their restaurant spent $52 on food and did not get my complete order so I called them , they close at 8 o’clock & I was there about 7:05 PM oh by the way my name is Linda in case they read this and I go by keeping up with the Joneses On YouTube. So what happened was they hung up on me at 7:35 PM because they were in a hurry I hear a young lady says I’m getting rid of The call and then hung up the audacity. So no, I will not frequent the restaurant anymore Even though they said they’re not responsible If you don’t check your order before leaving but they were rushing and I felt they Fill my order Correctly. So now I know, I cannot trust them at all especially spending that kind of money.
