They are okay but slow. Keep in mind that they do get a lot of customers, but my opinion is that they could benefit from having more employees in order to get orders out faster and more efficient.
Friendly staff. The food was hot and fresh at breakfast. The Downside - this store's receipt printer does not work and has not worked for the entire year. It makes me think something is wrong with the management.
Parking: The location is hard to get to from southbound Gratiot. The parking lot was a mess from the potholes.

Now and again, I want a chicken sandwich. My guilty pleasure. I got one from this location. It was hot and fresh. I gave 4 stars because they didn't have any onions. Service was good but could be a little better.
