This has to be the worst place to come grab a bite to eat! The lady at the register literally stayed on her phone the entire time the person in front of me was ordering. Then walked away and took so long to return to the register I left. There was only 3 ppl in the lobby and the service was trash trash trash I couldn’t even make it to the food.

Love me some Popeyes! Out of all the fast food places this one is the most authentically done. Music inside is always fun to listen to. Sounds like you in the bayou. Great sides great chicken.

I got there today and was told they didn’t have any chicken left but what I seen. I was charged for a large meal but got two pieces of chicken and the wrong sides. They also said they didn’t have sides. They seemed upset at me because of their lack of products. I’m completely disappointed!! I may never go back again.

We placed an online order for a family meal. When we left the establishment we realized that our food was cold and our coleslaw was missing. We went back and the manager Fallon was very accommodating. She prepared fresh chicken and coleslaw for us and even gave us drinks for our wait. I was very pleased with the customer service we received!!

I use to come here more often than now and there is a reason for this. Most of the workers have little to no work experience, sense of duty, urgeny and/or professionalism, deplorable synergy, continously make mistakes and feel they are the ones that should have the attitudes even after being given very easy to understand instructions and clear orders from the customers and other workers.(This apply to 80% of the team.)
The ambiance and energy of the location makes you second guess your decision to purchase from them.
When compared to other chains such as Chic-a-Fillet, the service is night and day. The energy has always been clean, the workers pleasant, and the food fresh.
If this location wants to be taken seriously, and have less customers disappointed with the clear drop in quality, the managers need to stop playing the role of friend and begin fulfilling the role of employer. The team needs to either be whipped into shape, or replaced.

The worst i ever had makes my hometown chicken look bad waiting an hour just to get chicken fried in dirty grease today is Friday yall had all week to change the grease!!!
