wed, apr02 at 1105pm. arrived to pick up uber eats for a guest, the girl at the window told me "oh u have to cancel that order"
when i asked why she closed the window in my face and proceeded to ignore me. my guest never got there food!

Firstly, it is extremely hard to order what you want online, I have tried to make an order for my family where I can pick it up on my way home from work and the app is limited to my needs which defeats the entire purpose. Every time I visit the store they are always out of something. I have witnessed horrible customer service. For this place to be so famous, I often have to go across the street to Captain Jays because Popeyes just doesn’t offer the services needed!

I have been to this location multiple times, and I have had different experiences. Tips for this specific location: Go during the day, the first couple hours when they open. Up until about 2:30-3pm. Faster, fresher service every time. During the evening, you can expect to live there. Besides the time of day, the food is usually pretty good. The original chicken, chicken sandwiches, boneless wings, and shrimp never disappoint. I tried the honey BBQ and hot boneless wings for the 1st time and they were both good. The Honey BBQ is hands down the best I've had from anywhere. The sides are ok. Not lacking on flavor, they just don't fill up those already tiny containers. Definitely skimpy with the gravy and macaroni & cheese. DO NOT order delivery! They always forget something.

The WORST location you can visit! The staff lack customer service skills. They are always out of something and it’s always a line. I ordered a 3pc and they gave me the smallest pieces of chicken possible, not to mention it was not fresh. I won’t be returning. This store needs serious help!

If you want to wait 35 minutes and hopefully get the right order then this is your place.... Won't be back unfortunately gave this place the benefit of the doubt and staffing issues and such, one to many times. So bummed loved popeyes. Please do better.
Only order one sandwich at a time. These fellas cant count... Except how much more they'll charge you for. This place is a big time stanker ...

You would think the idiot working on 2/15/25 at 12:00pm during a snow storm could actually put the correct pieces of chicken in the box. NOPE!!! (Good thing he works at Popeyes and not anywhere of which commons sense is expected)

Preordered our food online went to pick it up. After arriving was told they were out of all the drink selections we chose. Ended up getting soda. Went home and discovered they forgot all of our fries for our combo meals. I had drive all the way back to get the fries. They made no offer to refund a portion of the order and no offer of extra good items. This location is terrible and should just close. Clearly they don’t know anything about customer service. What a joke!

I am concerned that we are not going to ever have good take out options in the world of unhealthy chicken again! LOL, perhaps this is all I need. In my occasional visits to Popeyes, this location is better than 2 or 3 others in the area, and that says a lot. Funny story I will never forget is going into this unstaffed store, the door was unlocked, with absolutely no staff at the counter. One dude was in the back, and I asked if there was anyone that could help. His response: "I just season the chicken". So I asked if anyone would be returning. He repeated " I just season the chicken" Mind you the door to the back register and food area was open. :/ I was partially tempted to just go box my food and leave the cash, but at that juncture I had no clue how long the food had been there, and given the dirty flour covered apron of the man in the back, I couldn't think there was some weird heist where all of the staff was locked in the freezer. I didn't know what to think quite honestly. Yeah this happened, but fast forward to a more recent visit, and I just think the staff have a low morale.

Literally have been coming here since high school and it always always take 20mins at least to get food ,
Literally just place my order at 4:55 I and still am still here at 5:30, waiting for chicken sandwiches , went in the place to at least check the progress of my food and heard others talking about the wait as well , it’s super unfortunate the management keeps switching but it still sucks for service .
