The drive thru wait was long and I was getting frustrated. I personally think 16 minutes is a long time for a drive thru. I even called to make sure everything was good. I know I sound like a Karen. When I got to the window the gentleman was so nice, very polite, professional and apologetic. He also had a nice smile and was friendly. Ive been to taco bell when its busy but the tacobell at 9 mile is closed due to power, so this tacobell is getting double buisness currently. They were so ridiculously busy, litterally like 30 cars wrapped around the building. And they were having their own issues with their system too. But I just was trying to get 1 quesadilla and Will had a good attitude and made sure I got my food even though I wasnt able to place an order at the drive thru microphone.

Excellent customer service. Extremely clean dining area. The order was perfect. Martez was bubbly and singing as soon as we walked in! Also he knew most of his customers by name. The rest of the staff was great too!
