Not 1 person spoke to me until they handed me my cold, old food. I get that out was busy but almost 20 minutes to be handed food that I threw away is unacceptable. Nobody seemed to care when I said the Dr pepper in the lobby is empty. This is an update. Still terrible, 7 years later

Ordered on the app. Showed up 10 minutes after the time they stated. Watched these people sit here, talk and bs with each other with a line outside and no one inside. Order should've been ready at 5:31pm its 550 and I'm still waiting in the lobby. Don't waste your time here. Whoever owns this place needs to figure it out.

Do not come here, food is constantly cold never cooked properly, workers don’t read your order and your food is usually wrong. This happens on 100% consistent basis..

Food was good but the ladies at the counter was very rude and shuck her head at us when we said excuse me so we could order I don't wanna be a Karen but I just don't think it is acceptable.

This use to be a great location and now when you go in the energy level is doom and gloomish, the fries are almost always over salted, use to be if you asked for no pickles or something they would get it right and now they don't. They have even been messing up the size of the orders i ask for a medium meal i get charged and given a small. And the promotional burger buns are dry and taste old. Hopefully this is just a bad patch of time and they will turn it back around.

I had an absolutely immaculate experience on a national holiday at that. The A1 customer service was very present. Nick was at the front counter and helped me tremendously, truly a conversationalist I couldn’t have asked for a better time.
Lobby said it was opened but when it came to open the door it was locked. Nobody looks happy here both customers and workers.
I’m here in drive thru and there telling me they have food pre made cause the closed kitchen down. They want to leave early and girl was rude. 3/29/25940 pm
