“If you can dream it, Maxine has it! Her shop has anything and EVERYTHING you could possibly need to make cakes, cupcakes,. I wanted edible rocks for a cake, she had two different kinds. Palm trees? Two colors and two sizes! She has everything from Frozen to zoo animals. Her shop is like a time capsule of the past 50 years of cake decorating. If you are looking for nostalgia this is a great place to visit. She can even do edible images!”

“My wife and I stoped there on a friday night and I had the fish and fries. The fish was fantastic, lightly battered and 3 big pieces. My wife had the patty melt and it was amazing! There was so much cheese on it, it was so gooey!”

“I held a baby shower a few years ago there, in the ice cream parlor. The society staffed the parlor with a worker who worked the ice cream counter. I picked up the ice cream tab at the end. Our guests thought it was really cool and unique way to celebrate our little one's arrival .... and the ice cream was yummy!!!”

“Love that we finally have a decent coffee place. Kinda stinks that it's in Family Fare but oh well 😊. My drinks are always spot on. Went in this morning and the young lady (she has burgundy hair with glasses) was kind, smiled, made good conversation while she prepared my drink and was quick with my order. Thank you for bringing something different not the same drab old coffee shops that Eaton Rapids has to offer.”

“We had M I Vegan cater our wedding and our guests RAVED. As a vegan couple, it was important to us to have vegan entrees and we went with two options: 1. Burger and Garlic Parm Fries and 2. Tacos and BBQ Cauli Wings. Everyone (especially non-vegans) said the food was AMAZING and the M I Vegan team was very sweet. Thank you for being part of such a magical day!”

“We had a birthday party for my daughter and instead of lugging ice cream to the park on a hot day asked A La Mode to help out with that part of the party. They were extremely accommodating and that helped us out so much. All of our guests loved the variety and everything was so good. I highly recommend them and they have some unique desserts I can't wait to try like their ice cream nachos which I'm sure are amazing! Very friendly staff as well and I can walk up to the window with my dog who loves ice cream too.”
