I enjoy the sweet foam cold brew, but man this place is expensive. The one female employee is super short tempered with a male employee who is clearly new. All I know is if I was spoken to disrespectfully as I’ve watched him be spoken to I would’ve already thrown hands. It’s super annoying how pushy they are for tips, considering all they’re doing is pouring cold brew, foam and some cinnamon. My husband works at the Hospital down the road so I am usually coming here in the morning for him and his co workers. I have always had an excellent time at this biggby. Drinks are amazing, service, and everything else!
