2 whopper juniors. Both bacon with cheese one with BBQ. Neither had bacon. ??♀️ Tasted fine just missing bacon on both and they were tagged and say bacon clearly on printed white tag... because special order tag added for changes requested on each.

By far the worst Burger King I have ever been to. They consistently can’t make sandwiches right and they never give you your entire order, especially when ordering through DoorDash. I don’t understand how my order could get messed up 3 times in a row. Customer service, quality products and time management is next to last on the Eaton Rapids locations priority list. I would recommend spending your money elsewhere while in Eaton Rapids as Burger King will surely be a waste of your time and money.

Not very busy at all, yet took 20+ minutes to order my food and receive my food. Far from fast food, I got an ice cream a rodeo burger and a value drink. I get the cup of ice cream and I see there is gunk n stuff on the rim of the cup, the young lady then informs me very dismissively and jokingly that “it’s probably Oreo” why dose my brand new cup have anything on it at all…? Was this cup used for scooping Oreos? Why is it crusty n dry ? She then laughingly say do you want a new cup mind you I had already waited 20+ minutes.. I would rather throw this one away than wait even longer. Just terrible service I’m sorry for expecting a clean unused cup when I get something. I’ve been to Burger King on west Ave in Jackson during lunch rush and it takes no where near that long to order and get my food. I mean come on.. hopefully Carrol llc will see this n make some changes immediately as it stands now my household will no longer eat at this location, at least McDonald’s serves clean cups and is fairly quick.. overall terrible experience 0 out of 5..
