We went this weekend with a larger group. They were short staffed which happens and is understandable. However after being there an hour the waitress still hadn’t even asked if we wanted appetizers or food while waiting for our drinks which took over 30 mins. Some of us were asked about a second drink but not the whole table. She just walked away. We arrived at 445. We left at 615. One drink and no food. Went down to Abbie’s and we were served immediately and they accommodated all of us. We decided to give this place a try after boycotting for years. Never again. Same service….

Excellent food here
They recently added a new waitress i believe she's new.
And she runs circles around that place.
Super sweet too
Unlike the past 10 times I've been there
I had her twice this month
Very impressive

Wasn't busy when we visited. The layout and decor is cool. The waitress was very friendly and always smiling. Only had the cheese sticks but they were good. Service was quick.

I ordered a burger and fries for take out. When I picked the food up 20 minutes later: The burger was like warm. Love the fries, but only got about 10 fries and I wanted more. It was an x small serving. I have never been to any place where you could count the number fries on a plate.

Just moved to ER and this place came highly recommend. Food was good, service was good, and it was clean and an overall nice atmosphere. We'll definitely be back.

Last evening was our 4th visit, the previous 3 were very enjoyable. The honey shrimp is amazing! There were 4 or 5 occupied tables when we entered around 5:10, plus one outside. We sat for 15 minutes before we were noticed, odd because we had to walk thru a meeting of the wait staff when we entered. The fries with my club sandwich were cold when they arrived, indicating they sat for a while. They were replaced with fresh. Most irritating was that a group of 6 entered after we did and received their drinks before we were brought menus. This was disappointing as we had enjoyed wonderful experiences in our previous visits, all on Fridays.

I've been here a few times now. I'm not overly impressed with the food. It's usually pretty greasy and bland. It's not something I would suggest to anyone personally. I have friends that love this place but to me it's just a run of the mill bar with food. I'm never overly impressed with the quality of the food. Both times that I picked food up there The service is okay, but definitely not what I would call friendly. They're kind of just there. They're not rude but they're not polite either. The food isn't terrible but it's not great either. It's just really a mediocre style facility.

When we arrived everyone looked at us like we were from another planet. The food took forever and was completely inedible. I ordered the bone in wings and they were fatty, and rubbery. I paid the $2.00 upcharge for the fries. They tasted pretty good, but they literally served me 12 fries. Its clean and spacious, but not much of an atmosphere.

I was disappointed. We stopped in to enjoy lunch, our server first pressured us to order before our appetizer even arrived, and once the food came she didn't come back to check on us. Our food was cold and not well prepared, had she returned to check on us we would have returned it. The wings were awful, would not recommend. Maybe if you're a local you have a different experience....

No welcome. Server waited to greet us. Had the awkward should we leave before we got service. Didn't refill water at any point- had empty cup. Seems because I had family (kids) with me they didn't want us there? Odd bc I probably tipped more than all the other 5 patrons combined. We won't be back. Food was okay - regret getting the michigan salad- dressing was on it?? I will remember to say dressing on the side again , but the amount of chicken wasn't enough for a meal salad, I am a small eater/woman- we had 2 appetizers & it was not enough protein for me or appropriate for the cost. Overall the service is the reason we won't return, treat a customer like you don't want them there, message received we won't be back ! Owner please talk to your servers about not judging tables or ignoring customers when they arrive & hiding to be on their phones .

Ps. I actually laughed when 2 gentlemen walked in - I said watch this- watch their greeting & BOOM from the same place the girls were when we arrived one WELCOMES them !!! I'm happy they got good service, but if your servers are making families feel unwelcome and those are the ones who 1. Will come more regularly 2. Will spend WAY MORE - We got 2 apps , 2 drinks (bar) & 3 meals. If I brought everyone in my family with we would have gotten 2+apps, 6 meals, 4+ drinks . This isn't just a Darbs problem its all over- servers , its cheaper to eat at home- not everyone can afford to eat out- when we do - we deserve for it to be a relaxing positive experience- restaurants the food should be better than home or fast food! Servers- Its your job to wait on us and keep drinks full. If you don't want to fill drinks or be friendly GO GET A DIFFERENT JOB.

Went yesterday around 8:00 for dinner (out of towners, looking for some local eatery while we were in the area). Went in around the back and it seemed like it was pretty apparent we were stopping in as ordinary patrons, but no one welcomed us or offered us any kind of direction for how to grab a table, so we just sat down and waited. Took anybody about 5-10 minutes to even acknowledge us, to which our server was the only one that did (never told us her name, but she was the older of the two female servers working). Also mind you, the restaurant wasn’t packed; maybe three or four other tables besides us, and only two others by the time we were done.

We ordered the deep fried pickle fries, a bowl of italian wedding soup, and one of each of the tacos from the daily special. Food did come out exceptionally quick, what felt like less than 10 minutes.
Once we got our food, I was able to grab our server’s attention while she was coming back from another table for some hot sauce, but once she came back with it that was the last time we saw her back for maybe 25-30 minutes. There was a person working on cleaning the bar that was right next to our table at one point after we had finished our food and stacked our plates up towards the end of the table, and he didn’t bother recognizing we were there at all the entire night or mentioning to our server that she could take a break from rolling silverware for two seconds (what I noticed her doing once I was able to spot her about 10 minutes after our last bites) to cash us out and get us on our way.

Like I said, the food was great, but next time I’m just going to the burger king down the road.
