this place rarely gets an order correct; so incompetent. if they do, miraculously, get your order correct they will sell it to somebody else

Monday night - went to swing through to quickly grab a pizza for dinner, waited at the drive thru window for 20 min - no one came to the window. Finally went inside, waited 5 minutes no greeting or anything. I proceeded to tell them there were 3 people waiting in the lobby. A girl from the back responded “yah we know” and continued to ignore us. Finally left after being ignored. Watched at least 4 people leave without food after waiting forever. Abysmal customer service and the pizza is not worth it. Just go to Abies instead!

I love their food, but when I walk into the restaurant they often ignore the people at the front counter. Several times I was there to simply pick up my order, and often just stand at the counter waiting for anyone to come ask what I need. The last time I was there, I waited 25 minutes just to pick up my order that was already completed before I arrived.

Just ordered large cheese pizza, Italian cheese bread, and bread sticks. Found hair in pizza and Italian cheese. Threw it all in the trash. Wasted $21.

I’ve tried 5-6 times to swing by and grab a hot-n-ready and they’ve never been ready. I waited in line for 18 minutes, finally got to the window and the guy said it was an additional 20 minutes wait for a hot-n-ready.
To fix this, they need to eliminate the “ready” part from their menu OR get a new owner/management. It’s not a one time issue, it’s everytime.

The food was hot and actually pretty good. HOWEVER, it's a Friday night. Past 7pm. The drive thru is lined up out to the road. The lobby is getting full. I order 1 large pizza and 2 bread Stix. $20 bucks. That's all good. Except I only had a $100 dollar bill. The Manager, who was waiting on me said she couldn't cash that. I asked if she could go get change for it at the drive thru and she rudely said she wasn't allowed to do that. Then asked who was next. Mind you there's not one sign on the door, in the store, no where that states they don't accept $50s or $100s. I just think that's bad business management.

Just your average pizza joint. Cheap food, nothing spectacular. Although it's a hit or miss with the taste of the pizza. Sometimes it's straight garbage, sometimes it's 🔥.

Took 2 1/2 hours we were all sleeping when it arrived got left at my door witch we didn't get till am 80 wasted I'm done with door dash not one have they gotten anything right. My children went to bed without eating and the little Caesars in ER is closed so I know I'm not getting my food this is the 4th time and door dash doesn't refund so disappointed never again
The pizza is good, not the mouth watering cheese pizza as some of the other places but reasonably priced and great for kids party's.
the lady working was super nice however i ended up waiting an hour for 3 hot and readys when i was originally told 20mins. there is no reason for there to be an hour wait on some pizza that’s just ok that are also supposed to be ready within a 15-20, not to mention i came in 5 minutes after my time. as someone who works in the food industry, there is no excuse for a to go order to be 40 minutes late especially from an in person order
