Their bagels used to be phenomenal, but every single time I get one nowadays they're always hard like a rock or burnt to a crisp and a breakfast sandwich that costs that much should have more than a slice of bacon on it.....

It’s in a ghetto area and the afternoon shift is lazy and rude. I know my food won’t be made right if I see a black person tending to me. Tested the theory over and over again and in fact the whites in the AM are the ones that actually do their work. Mind you I’m black myself. Not coming back here

Had to sit and wait at the counter for 25 mins before someone came with an attitude. One of the worst mcdonalds around. Horriblely slow and rude staff. They need to make $10.

Didn't get nothing because everything is overpriced and the mobile app won't work which even with the discount the food's overpriced it would seem you would have a way to help a customer out when your apps not working properly but it's okay Burger King's always available

The ordering process was smooth, but my overall experience at this McDonald's was frustrating. When I got to the window, I received my drinks quickly, and there were no other cars behind me. However, I was asked to pull forward and wait for my food. Confused, I politely asked why this was necessary, especially with no other customers in line. The manager's response was unnecessarily rude and full of attitude. She explained, rather sharply, that they were on a timer and needed me to move forward to keep their times down.

It felt like this location was more focused on artificially boosting their response times than delivering good customer service. By asking customers to pull forward when it wasn’t needed, they create the illusion of fast service while making the wait even more inconvenient. The response time should accurately reflect their actual performance, not be manipulated to meet internal goals. I expected better, both in terms of transparency and how they treat their customers.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I walked in and ordered a to-go large drink. Apparently they will not give a cup to fill yourself anymore. No biggie I thought.
25 minutes later I'm still waiting for my diet coke. That's all I ordered, a simple drink. 30 minutes after my order I'm told they ran out of large cups. They could give me a medium instead, but that would require to start the order again, thus repeating the whole process over again. Workers were completely clueless, had absolutely no sense of urgency or accountability.
I will not go to this location again.

Walked in for a large coke. Was told they couldn't hand me a cup, as it needed to be run thru the drive thru. After waiting 25 min, was told they were out of large cups, they couldn't hand me a medium, they would have to "run it thru the que again" walked out without my drink, as no manager was present for a refund. DON'T GO HERE.
