Waited 20 minutes for an unsweetened ice tea. Just that, ordered the counter, and I repeated “unsweetened “ at least three times. Finally got it, took it to the ball game, and I got a sweetened tea. How hard is this? There’s a reason we almost never go to McDonald’s anymore.

Bradley has been at the pickup window at this location for a long time, and EVERY SINGLE TIME he remembers me even if it’s been months, greets me with a smile, tells me to have a nice day and when he sees my kiddo with me he waves to him and makes his entire day EVERY TIME. Worst McDonald’s around. The workers lack any common sense. I tried to add a coffee to my drive thru order and was told I had to go around. There was nobody behind me. I didn’t get my coffee. I thought they were joking. Unbelievable

The breakfast crew is amazing. Any time after that is hit or miss. And after breakfast shift they make you pull around front to wait for your food even if you are the only customer in the drive thru. All stars given are for the morning crew!
