MOO-ville ER in Eaton Rapids

Was skipped over because we were not standing in the right spot. There weren’t that many customers but the two ladies would look at us and then skip to whoever they wanted to help. Was told twice they would be right with us. Then it was our fault they didn’t want to serve us. Very confusing behavior from an otherwise reputable business.

I always love MooVille, they have the best ice cream!! They also have friendly faces serving up said ice cream.

An ice cream parlor that also sells a limited selection of other dairy products as well as some "country themed" knickknacks and gifts.

I am a repeat customer however I took my father here today for his first time and he loved it.

I guess customer service is a thing of myth and legend in our modern times. I have eaten ice cream at the Eaton Rapids Moo-ville location many times with 100% satisfaction, but this past Friday's experience changed my attitude toward this business in my hometown. This time I wasn't looking for ice cream, but sweatshirts for my girlfriend who happens to live out of state. I purchased 2 extra-large sweatshirts in good faith and thought I was safe to return said items if either she didn't like them or could not wear them for whatever reason. Let me clarify something first and foremost, there is no SIGN which states no refunds and all sales are final in our Eaton Rapids store. When I returned the next day and attempted to return the aforementioned items, I was told that all sales were final and I could not even get store credit for anything but the shirts. What happened to the "Customer is always right" business philosophy? I guess it only applies when they are taking your hard-earned money and not when you are attempting to get a refund for unwanted or unusable items for sale. To say that I was livid would be an understatement. The sales clerk was nonchalant and apathetic toward the entire situation. I wonder how she would have felt if it was her hard-earned money being flushed down the toilet. Moo-ville should stick with the business at hand, selling ice cream, and get out of the gift shop end of things. Please for the sake of the general public, have the decency to provide signage which clearly states that all SALES are FINAL and no REFUNDS will be issued. I am definitely not going back to Moo-ville anytime soon based on the callus and unprofessional manner in which I was treated on Friday and Saturday of this past weekend.

Their dairy products are the best! Bonus is it is bst free,so no growth hormones. I buy milk, cream, and ice cream. They even have meat and butter.

It's very convenient to have an additional location. The ice cream is always delicious. I like the creativity with the donut ice cream sandwich, as well as its all local products supporting small business. We frequent the Nashville location on a regular basis but also enjoy the Eaton Rapids one.

The gentleman who was there, was so helpful, friendly, and informative. Every question that was asked, he answered. He even apologized for a few things too. I will be going back to that store.
