We just had a horrible experience from the McDonald's across the street, and we needed a refund. After returning the McNasty bag we decided to go to Burger King. I lost my receipt and I wanted to do a questioner so bad. The man at the windo was such a sweetheart, your employees were symbolizing with us about our experience from McDonald's. And we received amazing quality food that tasted amazing. Honestly your employees have amazing work ethic, integrity and empathy! I truly hope they get raises and you definitely gained a new loyal customer! Thank you!

After reading that the Ecorse Burger King is one of many closing down I wasn't surprised at all.. mistakes in orders left and right.. taking a order and waiting 30 minutes then bI asked where my order was They seemed to forget it.. I'll be going to BK in Lincoln Park

RAW CHICKEN, DIDN'T NOTICE TILL I GOT IN THE MIDDLE IT WAS RAW MADE ME SO SICK, I THOUGHT THEY WERE FROZEN BUT I GOT THE CRUNCHY CHICKEN SANDWICH I WAS DO GROSSED OUT.
Worse Burger King ever!!!! Everytime you go the wait times are heridious. I just waited 30mintues at the drive thru. On top of it the employee where rude!!!

This is an honest review, this BK is slow okay YES it is but they have never messed my food up and its slow bc they have dont have much business so I'm guessing food is prepped only at order (fries etc not already made). You almost always pay and then have to pull up, they used to have you pay and reverse your car but they haven't had me do that in awhile (they have a sensor when a car pulls up to time how long said customer has been waiting for order) id still go here over McDonalds. Every business ive seen at this spot eventually goes under so i think people should stop complaining and just take it for what it is, its not a good business location idk if its bc police station is next to it or bc Ecorse is ghetto but same people complaining are same ones if it went under say wow they should build something there! or theres no local jobs! Stop complaining im sure the place is barely surviving, and if you know the area you know quality workers are in short supply.

I just don't get it. I was the only car in line and they pulled me to the double doors. I get cooking it fresh but this was noon. Wouldn't you think they'd have a little product on hand. Took literally 5 minutes for a whopper combo

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT go to this establishment...order is almost always wrong and when u try to get it correct the older lady at the drive thru gets a attitude with u and takes your food from you to make sure your not lying smh the manager Louis (low is) is a horrible person also..reporting to BBB
