I was actually blown away when I stepped into this place. It was not when I was expecting. It seems much smaller on the outside of the building than the inside. The inside feels bigger, but its not too big, it is so cute. Kind of takes you back to like an old fashion cottage type of scene. IT'S WARM AND WELCOMEING TO ME AND THE PEOPLE ARE VERY KIND. I BROUGHT MY TWO MIDDLE CHILDREN WITH ME AND SHE WAS VERY ATTENTIVE AND VERY PATIENT WITH THEM AS THEY FRANTICALLY DECIDED...
First time visiting and the breakfast is amazing! waffle was PERFECT! Loved the spicy's skillet and the pancake breakfast. The staff knows everyone by name and are so friendly! The best part was that they color coded the cups to make sure the diet soda was different!!. We can't wait to go back!
I love Spicy's food employees and service. The only reason I gave it only 4 stars......their page says they close at 2 pm. What they don't say is they lock their doors at 1:30 pm which I found out when I drove from Elkhart and arrived at about 1:35 pm. I will know for next time!
