Pretty disappointed with Mayfair Burger Bar tonight. Biked over from Frankfort, husband walked over with the dog, only to find out that even though they are open until 9pm, they refused to take our orders today when we got there around 8pm; said that their kitchen was backed up over an hour and that our food wouldn't be up until after close. They had patrons inside and only a few outside but was not packed whatsoever when we arrived, perhaps earlier though. The girl didn't offer a coupon to return, a drink, or recommend to visit one of their other restaurants. I get being short staffed, and it is a holiday weekend, but most restaurants take orders up until closing and you can remain to eat. After us, I witnessed numerous groups of people being turned away as well. How are they going to make it? Just disappointed for a fairly new restaurant not to be staffed to accommodate.

House margaritas were great. Outdoor seating - so you can bring your pup.

My family and I returned to the Bar. Food remains good. Seems like their well drink offerings have expanded. They have a nice selection of draft beers, too. For our visit, the outdoor seating was all that was available, nice outdoor accommodations. It was a little crowded, but nice. Staff was friendly and kind. Service was good.

The water was good. Advertised as a smash burger, not. No taste and blah. Tater tots had a bad funky taste. $32.00 for two burgers and 8 large tots. Won't be there again.

Went to go to the Cabbage Shed, and the wait was an hour! We saw a burger bar less than a year old and went there. The bartender and employees were very welcoming and helpful. The menu was very diverse, and everything sounded great. I got the 3 Alarm Fire burger with fries and an order of onion rings. The food was very good and my burger was cooked just right. They had a decently sized drink menu, and I got a PBR. The inside was spacious, but we decided the outside. The bathroom was clean and the pictures were very funny bathroom scenes from movies. We'll be returning.

Stopped in for lunch. Wanted to try their burgers. I wasn't disappointed. Had a cold beer and onion rings to boot. Service was great, helpful and fast. Can eat inside or out on the patio. Very good place to catch lunch it dinner. I want to try the chicken tenders next time.

Used to come here often when it was the Mayfair and have fond memories. Stopped by to try the new burger bar. Burger was ok. Mine was seasoned a little too heavily. The potato tots were burnt and not great. Overall, not likely we will be back as we spent $40 for mediocre food and there are plenty of better spots to eat in the area on my opinion.

Elevated fast food joint. Food was great. Prices are very reasonable for the area. Friendly, responsive staff. Nothing but good things to say about this place.

The service was fast, friendly and efficient here. I personally feel the menu is very limited. I ordered malt and salt fries not knowing they just coat them in a malt dry rub. Needless to say I was rather disappointed when they were brought out to me. I was thinking it would be a basket of fries that would have malt vinegar (liquid) and salt on them. The basic burger was very tasty.

Parking can be tricky since it's street parking only. You order your food by scanning a QR code or by walking up to a window. This place is open 7 days a week starting at noon.
