Short's Brewing Co. Pull Barn Tap Room & Production Brewery (Elk Rapids)

Awesome beer! Great atmosphere! However a Crabby server named Topher..... otherwise it would of been 5 stars!

Awesome brews and crew. Osario's and Flannigan's Goat serve up some very tasty food. Great indoor/ outdoor venue. Summertime music is great too. The customers are friendly and fun. I highly recommend both of Short's facilities. So thankful that we have this in Elk Rapids.

I finally had the chance to visit a Short’s Brewing location after having tried their beer for years. The tap room has some beers that aren’t usually available for purchase elsewhere, and I was happy with the flight I ordered. Of the beers I tried, the Pure Michigan Porter was my favorite, but they were all pretty good. There was plenty of space for seating outside, and the staff was helpful. It wasn’t too busy during my visit, but I could see this being a pretty popular place. It looks like they get regular food trucks too. If you like Short’s Brewing’s beers, it’s definitely worth the trip to get here.

We went on a Saturday afternoon at around 3, the U of M game was on and they had more than enough seating. The outdoor area is large and inviting, and has a wide vareity of seating options. The patio is dog friendly which is a bonus and the staff was extremely friendly.

Great beer but horrible service. The guy pulling our beers was downright rude, impatient, and unhelpful. When I confronted him about his poor attitude he couldn’t have cared less.

Awesome layout right by the lake. Cool spot to grab a beer and catch the sunset. Food trucks on site was a awesome touch. I can see how this place would get super busy during the peak season. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Summer camp down the street from here, every time I come up, I come here a few times during the trip. The food trucks are great and it’s great to see how it has evolved over the years into a real group from a production place. CHEERS!

This place is the best! We rented space on the lawn for our rehearsal dinner and it was amazing. Rachel was so great to work with! I appreciate her and the staff so much. I recommend anyone stop here, it’s the best no matter what you’re up to! Thanks again!!

Epic? Perfect? Heavenly? Beyond Belief? Words simply cannot do justice to the incredible service here. And the amazing beer/slushy game was 100% STELLAR! Awesome Food Trucks and that sunset? Cmonnnnnn!!! 5/5 must experience.
