Should have written this review a couple months ago. We stopped here at dinner time after taking a dune ride . I wasn't expecting much as the outside of the building is nothing special. But man, is the food good. Everybody LOVED what they had and the service was very good. I wish we had this place nearby, because we would go there frequently. Can't wait for our next trip to Michigan so we can go here again.
Friendly staff, quick, easy and delicious! Wish I could’ve taken pictures! The lighthouse breakfast is ?? and so are the sandwiches! Packed this up for lunch and enjoyed them on top of the dunes!
Good food, a bit pricey, but perhaps that's par for the course these days. Was very busy due to proximity to the Sleeping Bear Dunes National Park entry. Long lines when we were there. But very efficient in taking orders and preparing food. 2nd visit after 5pm had much shorter wait. No indoor seating to speak of. Wooden picnic tables outside have umbrellas, which was great.
