“We had a wonderful New Year’s Eve dinner at Nonna’s. The surf and turf were very good. The beet salad, filet and the scallops were very good as well as the presentation and service. It is very convenient to have dinner at Nonna’s and not have to drive on New Years Eve.”

“My wife & I went their for the first time. The spaghetti and meatballs were absolutely delicious. $68 for a wonderful dinner and a bottle of wine on their Wednesday night special. Huge choice of different pasta dinners to choose from, but we both picked the same. Three Huge tender meatballs nestled in a bed of spaghetti noodles with homemade sauce. We loved it and will definitely be back.”

“The atmosphere was just perfect for a cute little local breakfast spot. Walking up to door, outdoor seating area was inviting but we chose inside anyways. Looks smaller from outside but once in, actually cozy big dining area.Service was great, food delicious ( had to try to sour dough bread and mouthwatering coffee cake) which both were above our expectations. We'd definitely be back if in area again.”

“I discovered GLTS on an annual trip to Leelanau Peninsula. First thing I bought was the Tuscan Blend. The next two years, made sure to go back and get more. This year, added some tea to my purchase. The Sweatwater Vanilla is amazing and the Orange Cream Vanilla is right along side. Bought Sunburst Ginger as a gift, and the recipient let me know she loved it. The owner is a delightful person to talk with, so if you get a chance, make sure to visit. If you can't go, definitely check out the online order option. GLTS will continue to be a stop on my annual trip.”

“My wife and i came here for our 1-year wedding anniversary tonight. We absolutely loved it! She had the nutty trout and I, the seasonal perch, battered and fried. This place is really in the middle of nowhere - 30-45 from TC, but if you're staying at one if the resorts, campgrounds or B&Bs nearby, the Manitou is a must-visit. The food is outstanding, the service wonderful and the ambience cozy.

“We are local and go almost weekly to The Public House. I have severe gluten issues and they are so careful with my food. They have a dedicated frier for their fries and are open with me about what could be cross contaminated. My food is always fresh and well made. The employees are incredibly kind, professional, and efficient. They help make the visit even better. Shout out to Bridget! She’s just the best. It’s definitely worth a visit if you’re in Glen Arbor.”
