Hardee's offers fantastic service with a friendly staff, but the food quality was underwhelming. The buns were dry and the food not warm enough. The restaurant could use a facelift, with outdated facilities. The Frisco burger no longer has a toasted sourdough bun, disappointing some loyal customers. Despite the food issues, the workers were exceptional. The coffee was the highlight of the experience. The hot ham sandwiches were described as delicious and picture-perfect.
