I don't go to Jimmy John's much and first time my 10 year old has seen a Jimmy John's and the lobby was closed so we went through the drive thru. It took us a while to look at the menu which caused to drive through to back up. I ordered three meals they were fast and when I got back to where I was staying it was missing all the chips. My boy said we should have went to subway 😒. Sandwiches tasted fine to good.
I ordered delivery for lunch today. There was a pretty big error with my order. I called the location and the staff worked with me to identify the problem. They then quickly arranged for a driver to deliver my correct order with no additional fee. Thanks!
Huge shout out to Brad and his crew on a last minute big order. Order was perfect and quick. Went above and beyond what I would normally expect. Thanks for the great sandwiches and service!
