This was incredibly delicious bbq! Food was fresh and a great variety! Family was friendly and obviously enjoy serving others. But why 5 stars? Because everything was first class. They went above and beyond in every little detail. I’ve eaten Tennessee, St Louis, Mississippi, Texas and Wyoming barbecue and this was the best!

I called him in April & he was already so booked up through September that I almost wasn’t able to get him, but he fit us in for a Sunday afternoon that worked out. After serving a party in Marquette the the day before he got Up at 2:00 am to get our food cooking.
Appreciate how much he accommodated us in every way possible.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND him if you have a party coming up. Book early though, he is the best around & fills dates fast.

We can not rave enough about Shane’s BBQ! We had the smoked brisket, chicken, Mac and cheese, baby smashed red potatoes, green bean almondine and more. Everyone at our wedding raved about the food. They all said it was the best BBQ they had ever had. Everything was so delicious! We would recommend him to anyone!! Thank you Shane!
