Swedish Pantry Reviews
WE found the hostess/owner to be very accommodating and friendly, while mourning the fact that she needs to sell the place. The food was great! I had the pancakes with lingonberries, and they were the BEST Swedish pancakes I’ve ever had!
Swedish pancakes are killer
Wonderful hometown place! Highly recommend.

Swedish Pantry is a beloved restaurant in the Upper Peninsula, consistently rated as one of the best in Michigan. The cozy establishment is known for its wonderful food and bakery, offering a variety of delicious options. Favorites include Swedish pancakes with lingonberry jam and potato pancakes, which are equally delicious. The restaurant also offers daily weekday specials and a range of breakfast dishes. The quality of the food is exceptional, with fresh-baked rye bread, perfect eggs, and crunchy bacon. The atmosphere is charming, with about 15 rhythm clocks and 25 little clocks like frogs, lighthouses, and flowers, many of which are for sale. The staff are attentive and friendly, making customers feel welcome and valued. Visitors can enjoy a great dinner with bread pudding and custard sauce for dessert.
