Giving a 4 star on the original butter pretzel product. 1 star for customer service. I ordered a variety pack for different flavors but received an entire box of just butter. I have emailed twice to correct this with ZERO responsefrom the company. I would like to make a review on the other flavors but I can't review what I haven't received. Disappointing.
I got the white cheddar jalapeño pretzels and they were so delicious! I love that they use real butter in their ingredients. It gave the pretzels a gorgeous buttery texture and flavor that I have never had from any other pretzel snack. Go but them immediately, you will be happy you did!
