Edit to add: They did deliver my order (a hungry howies driver) an hour and a half after I placed the order. Not very fresh but I called and spoke with the manager and she was very polite, apologetic and is making it right. Which I very much appreciated.

Called into the store and ordered delivery. Was quoted 35-40 minutes. I called back an hour later just to check to make sure my food was set and on the way… I was then informed they are waiting for DoorDash to come pick up and deliver my food… so you mean to say IVE WAITED AN HOUR ALREADY AND YOU ARE SENDING MY ORDER WITH DOORDASH AND THEY HAVENT EVEN PICKED MY FOOD UP YET!! I’m home injured with a broken foot other wise I’d have gone out and gotten something else! That’s just crazy to wait an hour after I call the store who has delivery drivers and I’m told door dash is delivering it and they haven’t even came to get my food yet! Just ridiculous

Skinnyish dark haired woman who was cutting the pizzas acted rude to the employees working and was short with me when I asked about my order. Hopefully she isnt the manager 😬 Food was decent for a stuffed crust

Staff works hard and food is consistently πŸ‘. Listening to the Manager loudly nitpick their employees in front of guests who are waiting is a bummer though.

I places an online order at 5:48. The delivery time said 55 min. At 7:02 I finally called the store to find out what was going on. The manager acted like she didn’t care how long it’s been already. Then told me that the food was still there but the driver was about to leave with it and should be here in 15 min. 30 min later and still no food. I finally gave up. Called to cancel the order and the same manager still had this β€œoh well” attitude. Needless to say I won’t order from this store again.

Just tried to order and i got a promted computer i didnt call spectrum i called a pizza place. teach people costumer service and pick up a phone with a person on the other end. No more ai bullshit. Thats why people cant get a job its being replaced with something no personal.

My order was made incorrectly ( not as the app shows). I ordered a veggie sub. I called and explained very patiently that it was made incorrectly. It was supposed to have numerous veggies and only had 2 out of the several listed. The manager was VERY dismissive and refused to listen and kept cutting me off/talking over me. Apparently, they can make it however they deem fit even though the item DESCRIPTION and PHOTO in the app say the exact same thing. Absolutely ridiculous behavior.
