Came through the drive through at about 10:30 p.m and the 2 gentlemen that was working had amazing customer service they made you feel welcomed they were amazing the food was fresh and hot and they didn't forget my sauce as well great work guys keep up the amazing work
I know it’s hit or miss, but if you’re in bay city and want Taco Bell, this is the location to stop to. The one on Washington is horrible, they will mess up, make wrong, and forget stuff in your order everytime. But this location so far for me has never forgot an item and makes the food WAY better. So 5 stars from me for this location!
11:30PM Review Only! I went on 8/23 at 11:30PM, through the drive thru. Mind you we had a large order (about 15 items) so we knew it was going to take a while. We get our stuff and we check and we are missing a couple things so we go back through and we are explaining to a worker named Amanda at the window. She proceeded to slam the window mid sentence. Another man comes to the window and asked for a receipt, which we gave. Then we figure out that they forgot entirely the surpreme...
