I ordered the vegetable korma today and was very disappointed. The dish was extremely salty—far too salty to enjoy. The excessive salt completely overwhelmed the other flavors and made the meal unpleasant.

I hope the restaurant pays closer attention to seasoning and quality control, as this dish was not prepared properly.

Food was good, but the service was disappointing. The waiter was rude and unwilling to accept even small modifications to the dish.
We had requested the same change during our last visit and it was done without any issue, but this time he kept saying they only do it “once in a while.”
We also visit only once in a while, so the experience felt unnecessarily unpleasant.

I visited this place yesterday for the buffet and chose the vegetarian option. Initially, my experience was fine — the first and second plates were okay. However, things took a very unpleasant turn during my third plate

The person who appeared to be the owner started raising his voice and behaving in a very unprofessional manner( must be gujju). It was uncomfortable and completely unacceptable to witness someone treating customers and the dining environment this way.

As for the food, the taste was average at best and definitely not worth the $18 per person being charged. There are far better options available for that price.

What disappointed me the most was the lack of basic respect and professionalism. The way customer plates were being looked at and handled felt very disrespectful.

Overall, this was not a good experience, and I would recommend avoiding this place until there is a serious improvement in both service and attitude.

I like the food. Lunch buffet options everything is spicy. So I can't take family and friends here who prefer more neutral flavors

I love Indian/South Asian food! But I don't have much of a grasp on what the various dishes are called.
To compound the problem (for me) is just how large and diverse the area is to begin with. Does the restaurant specialize in cuisine from Punjab, Bangladesh, Bihar, Assam, Pakistan, etc.
So, I typically go to buffets so I can try new things, read the signs, and learn a new thing. Not today.
The menu is packed but, sadly, there are no descriptions for the various dishes. They are organized by type but there are types here I've not heard of previously. Dosa? Pulao? So what do you do?
Ask! (Yes, men ask questions!) I asked one of the staff a bunch of questions, asked for a recommendation for something spicy and got: Haricote Pulao (spelling is a guess there)
It was de-freaking-licious! A huge bowl of rice and scrumptious, deliciously seasoned and moist goat meat (watch out for bones with goat, folks).
The bowls and water pitcher were a really nice, upscale touch to the meal. The pitcher has some hefty. The bowls look hand-hammered, not lightweight plastic or generic. Bravo.
I think next time I'll fret less and just close my eyes and point at something. Take a chance. Life is short, have fun. Try something new. A billion Indians eat this stuff every day. Enjoy!

I stopped here for dinner with a colleague of mine. It was pretty empty when we first arrived, but it got busier as time went on. It had a pleasant atmosphere and the staff seemed professional and interested in making sure we were happy. I got lamb rogan josh with masala chai on the side. The drink was quite flavorful and didn’t need any extra sugar, and the lamb was wonderfully spiced. I ordered it with medium spice, and it was quite nice. My coworker who asked for a much milder spice level was unfortunately disappointed, but these are excellent curries. I was very happy with the meal, and I’d have no problem going back.
