I ordered on the app and asked for my order to be everything on the side, and she said she already made it (so fast) without even giving me a chance to ask. And she wouldn’t make it for me with everything on the side even though I told her I didn’t know I had to call the phone number and tell them (which is what she told me to do). She wouldn’t even give me a chance since I didn’t know.

Went through the drive thru... And Again... The girl that is working the window was incoherent talking through her headset and then very rude at the window. Didn't ask if I wanted curly fries or regular.. and then didn't add the sauce we asked for... Again... Food was cold... And the sodas were flat. This person has been the "server" for lack of a better word... In the drive thru the past few times we've been at this location. But this will be the last time we come to this place. If the gal isn't happy with her job or having to be there on the weekend ... I get it.... But taking it out on customers isn't right.

I had a poor drive thru experience because the girl at this place could not hear my order correctly proceeded to get smart as I clarified with a person in my car-- I started to drive away and did. I went inside thinking things would be clarified. The sad part about it the manager of the place did not even offer an apology on behalf of her rude employee. I came in and said I understand that your radio may not be working but your worker chimes in on commentary that wasnt meant for her. The manager just stood there with a blank expression-no words nothing, just pathetic. The girl hears what I am saying and starts trying to correct me. The manager says her name.Customer service is a lost art form and I just wish it was not acceptable for poor customer service and disrespect to be the norm. The worker can be rude because the manager allows it without any corrective action or apology. JUST YUCK! I should have just left as I started to because the sandwich was cold.

I just had one of the most frustrating and nonsensical drive-thru experiences in my life. All I wanted was two beef'n'cheddar melts, a medium order of curly fries, and a large Mello Yello. Then the woman told me that that was about $25. That didn't sound right at all so I asked her to repeat the order back to me (although I find this raises serious questions about why she didn't seem to already know to do this, seeing as how it's standard procedure to repeat the customer's order back to them after they've given it just to make sure they're getting it right).Lo and behold, the woman misheard what I said as "two beef'n'cheddar MEALS". I tried correcting her and saying I wanted a melt and just the one. She said that they don't have melts. I paused awkwardly and confusedly because this is the first time in all my years the person at the drive-thru didn't know what a melt was. I explained to her that I was looking at a picture of a sandwich on their menu that was roast beef, nacho cheese, and two buns and that I'd like to know what it was called. She said it was a beef'n'cheddar classic.I tried asking her what a melt was and how it was different from a classic. Her response: "We don't have those." I tried asking again what a melt was if I had been calling it the wrong thing. After all, she seemed to know it better than I did. Her response: "We don't have it " For a third and final time, I try clarifying that I'm just asking what a melt is for future reference. Her response: "WE DON'T HAVE IT."I sighed, asked her to cancel my order, she said okay, and I drove off. Whoever's running this place, please have a long talk with this woman because this demonstration of a complete lack of listening skills, basic order-taking capabilities, and inability to answer a simple question about a menu item is shameful. Either way, I'm never coming back. After all, these are the sorts of problems that tend to come from the top-down. If this type of employee is the norm from now on, I'm deeply unimpressed. I don't care whose niece she is.

What on earth are they doing here? I walk in and they don't take my order for 5 minutes whereas most other fast food chain is pretty quick, and there was no one in front of me waiting to order! Save yourself a lot of time and go to another Arby's.

Whoever is working at the drive thru taking orders needs to be fired, I tried ordering the pecan salad sandwich and before I could even finish getting out my order out with a nasty attitude “we’re out we’re out” I said ok then still proceeded to be funny saying “we’re out” again, if your not happy with job just leave the customers are not your problem.
