Food is delicious if you are in the mood for a roast beef sandwich. Beware you will wait forever through the drive through. I was also charged double for fries I didn’t ask for and a large coke I didn’t ask for. Why don’t you repeat the order back to customers? Every time I have gone here, they charge me for the wrong thing or forget to give me something in my order. I’ll go somewhere else from now on. I've been to two different Arby's, one on Telegraph rd and one on Opdyke. I ordered 3 large diet Dr. Peppers each time. The first time they gave me regular Coke, causing my sugars to spike- I am diabetic. The manager was very apologetic and gave me 3 new drinks the next time I was there. The second time I was given 3 diet Cokes. I tried calling several times with no answer. When I went through 2 days later and ordered the same thing, they neither apologized nor corrected the mistake.

What on earth are they doing here? I walk in and they don't take my order for 5 minutes whereas most other fast food chain is pretty quick, and there was no one in front of me waiting to order! Save yourself a lot of time and go to another Arby's.
