Normally good service. Today it took me almost 20 minutes to get through the drive thru and line. I was given a different total at the window than I was told at order. My drink lid was broken, getting pop all over me. My sandwich that I had ordered with-out onions had them on it...my cookie had plastic/paper stuck to the bottom of it....seeing I was desperate for chocolate I took a bite anyways: gross. Super dry. Not impressed today , Arbys.
