This store can’t get an order right for anything. They are always missing what you asked for but will charge full price and won’t tell you if they don’t have something. I don’t know if the monitor is broken or they just don’t care. The staff is usually friendly but needs more inservice on how to make proper made to order sundae.

Paid $9 for a large cappuccino blast. What I got was a ice coffee basically. Still had chunks of ice, the froth settled by the time I drove the few blocks home so the cup was half full. Didn't seem to have a drop of ice cream in it.

We have started to come here because it's closer to our way to just get ice creams and so far we have had no issues whatsoever. The staff has been helpful and friendly.

I will never order here again. My Fiance and I were looking for a special treat and decided to order the peanut butter chocolate reeses polar pizza. They did not have that one so we opted for the chocolate chip cookie dough flavor instead. It was horrible! The cookie dough itself was repulsive, there was hardly any ice cream on it, and the cookie part was overcooked and did not taste like a cookie in my opinion. My order was delivered through doordash so we ended up paying $40, including tip. The driver, Kevin, was excellent. Regardless, very overpriced. You could not pay me to eat here again. This was a one and done.Also, management was very rude and impatient. With the many 1 star reviews I see, you would think they would make an effort to improve their customer service at minimum.If you want to try anything from here, I would highly recommend that you call ahead to confirm they have what you want.

I already didn't like coming to this one because they never have anything, but I was over in the area so I decided to stop by. When I pulled up to the window I ordered 2 chocolate frosted donuts strawberry coolatta and a unicorn creature creation he told me they didn't have any unicorn creature creation so I switched it for a martian when we got up to the window to pay he handed me a bag with two donuts in it that look like they were just dipped in chocolate it was chocolate all over the napkins is chocolate all over the bag!

Absolutely TERRIBLE!!!!! Might be decent for Dunkin but horrible for Baskin-Robbins. Ice cream tasted freezer burnt. They didn't have the toppings for the sundaes. The guy who made my ice cream wanted my while order before he started making it and then got the order horribly wrong. Complete waste of money. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!
Asked for two scoop sundae with carmel got one scoop and no carmel.Gave the young lady a 5 10 for a bill 5.08 didnt want give me my change ..

Ordered an oreo sundae. They said they had NO crushed oreos and NO hot fudge, but would do their best. Their best was a scoop of oreo ice cream with a table spoon of nuts on top. Come on. Absolutely ridiculous! And they still charged me for the price of an oreo sundae. Do Not waste your time even considering this location

We always have a great experience at this location. Unfortunate that the Family Video closed next door and there's no drive through however they have a nice inside that has cakes/ice cream to go and an outside area to sit and enjoy treats.
