Paid $9 for a large cappuccino blast. What I got was a ice coffee basically. Still had chunks of ice, the froth settled by the time I drove the few blocks home so the cup was half full. Didn't seem to have a drop of ice cream in it.
I will never order here again. My Fiance and I were looking for a special treat and decided to order the peanut butter chocolate reeses polar pizza. They did not have that one so we opted for the chocolate chip cookie dough flavor instead. It was horrible! The cookie dough itself was repulsive, there was hardly any ice cream on it, and the cookie part was overcooked and did not taste like a cookie in my opinion. This store can’t get an order right for anything. They are always missing what you asked for but will charge full price and won’t tell you if they don’t have something. I don’t know if the monitor is broken or they just don’t care. The staff is usually friendly but needs more inservice on how to make proper made to order sundae.
