This is not drive through friendly if you’re ordering the ice cream. The flavors are not on the menu shown. I had to go inside to place my order to get ice cream. Other than that staff was friendly and helpful inside.
This is typically my favorite location. The staff are always smiling and welcoming and warm. But TODAY! Things were totally off. I waited 10 minutes or more for a medium Carmel coffee. I was told to drive around and wait for it and not once but twice I recieved the wrong order. Then was almost forced to take what I didn't order. I refused politely, because, just give me what I paid for regardless of what you heard me say. The customer is always right. Needless to say I ended...
We always have a great experience at this location. Unfortunate that the Family Video closed next door and there's no drive through however they have a nice inside that has cakes/ice cream to go and an outside area to sit and enjoy treats.
