Not as good as it used to be, the fries were really seriously undercooked, Not all the burgers had cheese, not all the burgers had pickles. I ordered 12 cheese burgers three fries and a drink. And the burgers didn't all have cheese, they didn't all have pickles, they didn't all have mustard or ketchup, very sad.

Fries were a little under cooked.The place was a bit messy.1 girl just standing around not doing really anything while 4 are doing a lot.If you have nothing to do, get out from behind the counter and clean the restaurant .

This place was a straight miss, no hits. The atmosphere was very dirty, the food was very underwhelming, what they call a burger should be considered a slider, the fries tasted like frozen fries. And the part that really sealed my opinion of this place was the very passive aggressive and bizzarly rude young woman that took me and my friends order. She was very impatient and when I had told her it was our first time eating there, that did not seem to encourage her to be kind or make the vibe any more welcoming nor give us any recommendations, etc, disappointing! Bates is in fact not better as their catch phrase acclaims!

Fastest carryout I've seen in a really, really long time. Phenomenal Coney dog and great little hamburgers The service was fast and friendly, it took about three minutes to make my food Don't let the looks fool you, this is a small restaurant, but moves a lot of customers in and out at lunchtime. Small dining area very clean though.

OG burger joint selling sliders and nicely seasoned fries. The staff a nice, the service is great. They need to get mayo for those fries though. Might be just me who eats fries like a European, but come on, keeping a jar of mayo in the cooler couldn't hurt.Appreciate they keep late hours, appreciate that their food is simple and delicious and affordable. When I'm in the area, I'll be back.
Headed to the movies and looking to grab a quick bite. I stumbled upon Bates Hamburger. What a treat. Wednesday was coney day (.50 percent cheaper) so I got that and chili cheese fries. Food came out fresh and quick. I sat the counter and took in the scene. Limited menu-hamburger, cheeseburger, fries and chili but they do well. I saw plenty of regulars come in and pick up to go orders. Next time I'm in the area, I'll stop by.

One of the best OG burgers. Prices are amazing food service was fast. Wish the buns were a little more toasted. Definitely delicious whether it be the Chilli cheese fries to Chilli cheese hotdogs.
